Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis to solve issues by reprogramming your subconscious mind to amend and delete old patterns and accept new thoughts into your every day life.

 

Nobody has defined hypnosis conclusively.

Ultimately, it’s an opportunity for you to make lasting change in your life, without too much hard work and by being guided.

You are gently led into a deeper state of relaxation, this will be beneficial in itself.

iWe can then access your subconscious mind, where we can solve problems that you may not be able to resolve with your every-day conscious mind. 

 

When you come to me I assess the purpose of the sessions and what you want to change in your life, and then create unique sessions for you.... these are not standard scripts that many Hypnotherapists use.

 

You are unique and so should your session be !

The cost is £40 per session, it's normal to have 3 sessions

Each session takes bewteen an hour and an hour & a half

And takes place in RM4

 

* Stop Smoking takes place in 1 session of approx 2 hours and costs £150
